Job Description

Hi,We have an urgent opening with our esteemed client. Our client is a leading social enterprise operating in India, Africa and Latin America, headquartered in Mexico City. Our clientpromotes a world where waste is a resource, and farmers are empowered and productive.Location : Baner, PuneDesignation : Sr.Technician / Technical SupervisorExperience : Min 2 yrs with Mechanical qualificationRoles & Responsibilities :

  • Providing on field technical support and assisting our teams with any service issues.
  • Providing service support for on-site repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Diagnosing errors on technical problems and determining proper solutions.
  • Producing timely and detailed service reports.
  • Training partner and local technicians with the service and maintenance process and building
  • capacity within the team to communicate with farmers daily, helping resolve any technical issues
  • with biogas systems.
  • Training and creating awareness at village and farmer level to ensure correct usage of biogas
  • and biofertilizer.
  • Supporting in monitoring and ensuring adoption of the biodigester at each farm following
  • Sistema.bio methodology.
  • Supporting the team and Project Manager in tracking delays and bottlenecks on a daily basis and
  • helping solve them to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supporting the Project Manager in ensuring 100% quality and work process compliance by each
  • Technician.
