Job Description

    Dealer / Trade Advisors -These are individuals who are experienced in the stock markets and haverequisite skills for acquiring big ticket clients and advise them on their decisions on thestock market & execute client trade on the terminal (Acquisition & Dealing).Role description -Reactivation of clients & acquisition of new clients open market acquisition, cold calling,through referrals Trade on behalf of clients Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers Responsible for reactivation of dormant clients. Ensure growth in clientele by convertingleads Acquisition of De-mat / Trading account from open market and leads (Offline & Online) Conduct lead generation activities for sales penetration Meeting & pitching customers Generate Equity Business and maintain strong client relationship. To ensure adherence to surveillance, risk & deal desk processesExpectations from Dealers/Trade advisors -Experienced professionals in acquiring and trading for HNIs (High Net worth Individuals25 lakhs and above & UHNIs (Deals in Crores) Capable of acquiring big ticket margin (min. 1 lac margin) Capable of servicing & leveraging relationship with HNI clients In-depth Knowledge about trading in Derivatives Have a strong & disciplined approach to Sales To work in a compliant and diligent manner Mandatory to have NISM Series 8 certification - Equity Derivatives CertificateExamination.***(On exception, we can look at candidates having good client network & experience but does nothave NISM, he can be considered & offered but their joining is subject to completing NISMcertification).Screening parameters -Should have min. 2-3 years of relevant work experience into Trading (on terminal) NISM 8 certification is mandatory before joining. Person who is willing to take certificationcan also consider. Education qualification Min. Graduate Decent Communication Skills, Presentable & Confident Should have relationship building & networking capabilities Should have sound Business acumen about the industry - derivatives marketTop competitors to be targeted for profiles Motilal Oswal Securities, Kotak Securities,HDFC Securities, Karvy Stock Broking, Religare Securities, Anand Rathi, Edelweiss Broking,IIFL, Sharekhan, SBI Capital, Reliance Securities, Emkay Financial, Nirmal Bang Securities,Angel Broking, Axis Securities, CD Equisearch, etc. Apart from the top broking houses, dealers can be looked from Asit C. Mehta, Globe Capital,SMC Global, Geojit BNP Paribas, LKP Securities, Tradebulls Securities, Indiabulls Securities,Monarch Network, etc., but profile should meet all the above mentioned criteria strictly.. Avoid profiles from candidates working for sub-brokers or franchiseesIncentive & DCP (Career Road Map) - for pitching the role -Incentive Schemes -Lucrative & transparent incentive on Net Revenue and New Trader client acquisition (Onlineor Offline revenue) Incentive payout starts on achievement of targets (client acquisition & revenue generation) Can earn up to 4 times of the monthly gross salary & earn additional 1% revenue on onlinerevenue Monthly incentive pay-outs Best incentive schemes across industry.
