Job Description

  • Candidate should be able to coordinate with various teams like IT, security, planning, functions, SI partners , etc. to ensure connectivity establishment between servers/VMs in data centres to rest of the network/IT landscape
  • Hands on experience in identifying/diagnosing fixing issues in connectivity while configuration of new service as well as during outages.
  • Preferably a CCNA certified candidate with 2-3 Years of prior experience in IP domain
  • Hands on experience FLDS and MPLS network and Knowledge of routing and switching.
  • Understanding of protocol like TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF etc.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) to convince, negotiate and follow up for on time completion of connectivity related projects. Stakeholder Management: Conflict Management, Cross domain interaction for requirement gathering, issue closure.
  • Operation Management: ITIL frame work Understanding for Service Operation, Service Delivery Service Transition. SLA Governance. Implementation of effective change control Continual Service Improvement,
  • Basic NG OSS product understanding Like TEMIP, NNM, SM, APM, SIS, APM, UCA Automation, Unified OSS console, SQM, USALM, MYCOM,SEVONE, OSM, M6, NI7 etc. will be an added advantage
  • Basic ITIL process understanding on service operation will be an added advantage

Educational qualification : BE / ME / B.Tech / M.Tech /BCS / MCS / BCA/ MCA
