Job Description

    Ideal candidate will have experience working on (Articulate Storyline and Captivate)E-learning media developers with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Articulate Storyline and CaptivateWe are looking for candidates who can: -
    • Design and develop effective instructional materials (interactive media, animations, video editing etc)
    • Develop assessment items to test learning objectives. - Should have an exceptional eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
    • Check for typographic and grammatical errors in the graphics and layouts recreated from the reference given.
    • Meet the required quality standards - Meet the specified deadlines - Be responsible for accuracy of the content in the final output in all stages
    • Perform self-review of the final output referring to the storyboards, checklists and guidelines for desired quality
    • Good Aesthetics & Highly Creative.
    • Should be comfortable to work in high demanding atmosphere
    • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
    • Ability to translate technical product information into usable courseware and instruction.
    • Expert level of PowerPoint experience - Designing/modifying a template and being able to design or adjust content to fit within the template.
    • Work with instructional designers, graphic designers/illustrators and SMEs to develop the course using authoring tools
    • Develop visually attractive, engaging E-learning, games, simulations, inter-activities and online learning experiences
    • Proficient in using Articulate Storyline and Captivate
    • Create complex quizzes and drag and drop interactions
    • Should have working knowledge of Javascript for creating various triggers to enhance the learning experience
    • Coordinate with instructional designers and SMEs to meet project milestones
    • Create engaging and interactive learning solutions based on storyboard
    • Create functionally sound and quality course
    Ability to multitask and work toward deadlines
