Support Engineer - RPALocation PunePosting date 20 hours ago(3/29/2021 3:22 AM)Job ID 82861 Category Information Technology Job summary The Red Hat Global Applications and Infrastructure Services team is looking for a robotic process automation (RPA) focused Support Engineer to join us in Pune, Inda. In this role, you will work as a member of a highly dynamic and collaborative RPA Automation team. This team is tasked with design, development, and maintenance of automation processes using RPA tools like UiPath. To succeed in this role, you ll need excellent design, problem solving and communication skills, and ability to partner with internal and external customers. Primary job responsibilities

  • Triage incoming tickets and work on L2 and L3 tickets
  • Work on defects, bug fixes, and enhancements
  • Develop code and configure automation process per SDD
  • Apply best practices and designing principles when building workflows
  • Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end testing
  • Work closely with RPA developers and quality engineers as part of a mature agile team
  • Build and maintain a clear technical documentation
  • Provide support to cases within the defined service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs)
  • Report on SLA
Required skills
  • Bachelors degree in information systems or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, development, and implementation of automation tools
  • 3+ years of experience in using UiPath ReFramework
  • Solid knowledge of UiPath architecture
  • Experience working on ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tools
  • Solid logical skills and experience in delivering good quality solutions
  • Experience in web, desktop, and image-based automation
  • Familiarity with applications like Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Workday HCM, Service Now, Jira etc.
  • Good experience with not logs in Orchestrator and ability to troubleshoot automations based on bot logs
  • Experience troubleshooting and fixing broken automations using UiPath Studio
  • Experience developing automations that utilize optional character recognition (OCR) technologies like ABBYY, Tesseract, OmniPage, or Microsoft OCR
  • Ability to support multiple RPA projects simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating in a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in any one of the programming languages like C, C++, Python, VB Script, or .Net is a plus
  • UiPath Advanced Developer certification is a plus
