Have you designed, planned, implemented and maintained technical infrastructure solutions If you have, we re looking for an HRIT Systems Engineer and Administrator to: work with key stakeholders to determine their application infrastructure requirements generated from EOL technology and new project initiatives to support this, provide a quarterly application health-check report to identify legacy infrastructure and to identify the product roadmap to remediate this design robust infrastructure solutions making use of existing and newer technologies work with internal groups to procure, build, deploy and test these infrastructure solutions in non-production and production environments maintain these environments to ensure a stable, secure and performant environment in line with user expectationsYour teamYou ll be working in the HRIT team based in our Pune (India) office and together with HR and IT colleagues in India, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and across APAC. We analyze, develop and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT systems with our business counterparts. You must be highly skilled and proficient in your area of expertise and make significant contributions to our IT programs., highly experienced hands-on systems engineer and administrator with extensive experience in designing infrastructure solutions across the full technology stack this includes, but is not limited to hardware, DB, OS, middleware, Azure cloud migrations, app deployments and data refreshes as part of this, work with other technical teams in the support and enhancement of the core infrastructure to ensure better reliability and resilience, while at the same time making the environment more cost effective monitor usage and performance and troubleshooting server, software, and hardware issues bachelor s/ master s or equivalent in IT computing analytically focused, with a structured work ethic excellent work organization and ability to work well under pressure good communication skills, both written and spoken confidence to communicate with all levels of the organization highly collaborative mindset*#LI-SS1
