Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Acts as the technical leader/owner and the technical champion for the
    • Works closely with the team to ensure timely and successful implementation of each client
    • Communicates with Dragonfly customers and consults specifically with development and technology leaders to implement the Dragonfly solution by providing direction and resolving
    • Responsible for defining the approach to integration of customer systems and the product.
    • Works closely with the others to configure core functionalities of the
    • Works closely with others to analyze the feasibility of enhancements and suggests alternate
    • Provides implementation and task estimates to the Project Manager and justifications to management.
    • Participates in design sessions with the clients and answers technical queries related to the product and/or
    • Research technologies and approaches that are critical to the solution
    • Researches and analyzes issues in data migrations, integrations, the product, and deployments. Finds
    • Documents solution architecture and integration for the
    • Answers developers queries during the construction stage of project
    enhancements.
    • Understands end-to-end architecture and topologies used in the product and production environment.
    • Understands the packaging & deployment methodology used for our hosted customers. (They are not expected to run the deployments and installs but need to be aware of the process and writes implementation steps for integration components.)
    • Performs deployments and installs for on-premises customers. (They may also need to participate in discussions with on-site customers around packaging and deployment.)
    • Needs to have a good understanding of the application architecture and technology stacks and frameworks used in the
    • Responsible for educating the clients (not formal training) in product API specs, real-time message formats and batch file formats. Answers customers
    • Works with the PM and client to strategize number/nature of application environments (dev, pre-prod, ist etc) and participates in hardware and software sizing
    • Perform other duties as
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in computer science or related
    • 5 plus years of related work
    • Experience with payments systems integration, preferably Digital
    • Strong relational database and SQL query experience with knowledge of DB2 and Oracle.
    • Experience with AWS and cloud based hosted
    • Experience with software integration concepts including web services, SOAP/Rest, 2-way
    • Experience with Java, Spring, J2EE, AIX, XML, CSS/HTML/Java Script, IBM Websphere, Linux, Unix,
    • Professional Services
    • Experience working on projects of high degree of complexity that spans more than one geography.
    • This position does not require writing code, but experience is
    • Software implementation experience with production go-live support
