Job Description

    8 to 12 years of experience with at least 3 + years of Project Management experienceExperience in providing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development teamManage deliveries of one or more software development teams (team size of ~8-10 members)Strong .NET (C#) development skillsProficiency in OOP, SOLID, and Software design patternsStrong knowledge of RESTful API, messaging patternsStrong expertise in Microsoft technology stack: .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET CoreStrong knowledge of MS SQL databaseGood understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular (Good to have)Good understanding of microservices architectureFamiliarity with Azure/ AWS CloudFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum processes, experience, and clear understanding of how to plan and execute within sprintsSolid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsExperience in team handling and decision-making.Experience in handling multiple projectsCoordinate with internal teams for execution of projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scopeEnd-to-end accountability and ownership of delivery for assigned project(s)Provides technical guidance to solve a complex problem.
