Job Description

    • Should have knowledge on different types of O365 migration and Microsoft Exchange Server Migration.
    • Knowledge on handling different types of issues such as mail flow, mail delivery, outlook issues, Access issues etc.
    • Maintain the Data Stores so that database doesnt get dismounted
    • Database Issues related to update and Failover with managing Exchange Storage
    • Performing Daily health check and resolving issues related to Server health
    • Administrating and troubleshooting issues related toAutodiscover, group based licensing and conditional access policiesetc.
    • Troubleshooting skills in Office 365 User mailboxes, Archives, share Calendars, Knowledge of Office 365 Implementation, administration and support, Troubleshooting skills in Active Directory, Retention policy, Litigation hold, Mailbox PST/OST.
    • Manage Office365 environment at L2 / L3 level. Should have understanding on different licenses in Office 365 and different type of admin groups.
    • Proven knowledge on O365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and SFB Online), Microsoft Exchange 2013 and Active Directory)
    • Good Knowledge of SMTP/POP/IMAP protocols.
    • Troubleshooting complex enterprise level Lync / SFB application issues and outages
    • Experience in handlingcritical incident and escalations.
    • Working knowledge ofPowerShell scriptingwill be additional advantage.
    • MCSE/MCSA or Microsoft Exchange/O365 Certifications preferred.
    • Must be open for24/7rotational shifts
