The Technical Writer serves a critical role by maintaining product documentation (e.g. , user guides , release notes , online help) for our services IT Organization. The Technical Writer builds relationships with engineering , IT operations , and technology support operationsstakeholders and subject matter experts of all types (e.g. , developers , product managers / owners , end users) to understand the infrastructure and processes at both technical and business levels , and then translates that knowledge into straightforward , informative content.
