Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and assist with payment gateway integration status. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting merchants to seek updates on the status of payment gateway integration. You will play a vital role in logging any concerns or issues to our technical team, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.Responsibilities:Contact merchants via phone calls to seek updates on the status of payment gateway integration.Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during phone conversations.Clearly communicate integration exceptions and collect any pending requirements, and expected timelines from merchants.Update internal systems with accurate and up-to-date information related to integration status.Document and report any feedback, recurring issues, or potential improvements related to payment gateway integration processes.Requirements:Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service roleExcellent verbal communication and active listening skills.Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and respond to customer inquiries or concerns effectively.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.Prior experience or knowledge of payment gateways, integration processes, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service or communication skills is advantageous.Join our dynamic team and contribute to providing exceptional service and support in the payment gateway integration process.
