Job Description

    Position: TellcallerQualification: Any GraduateExperience: FresherLocation: Kandivali, Delhi, Vapi, PuneWork Mode: HybridKey Responsibilities:
    • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, often using a list of leads provided by the company.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively convey their features and benefits to prospects.
    • Sales Pitch: Deliver a persuasive and engaging sales pitch to potential customers, emphasizing the value of the product or service.
    • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their questions and concerns, and following up on previous calls.
    • Lead Qualification: Assess the interest and suitability of leads and categorize them as potential prospects or not.
    • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas as set by the company.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and customer information in the companys CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
    • Objection Handling: Handle objections and rejections professionally and work to turn them into opportunities.
    • Follow-up: Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.
    • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing telemarketing and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer needs, market trends, and areas for improvement.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree may be preferred in some cases).
    • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience and persistence in handling objections and rejections.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is an advantage.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
