Job Description

    Role & Responsibilities: o Law Graduates with 5+ experience in corporates/non-litigation/LPM organizations o Experience in end to end contract management, which covers Contract abstraction, Contract review, Contract drafting (Master agreements, SOW, amendments, letters, MOU, NDA, PO, financial documents, Work orders/non-litigation documents), Contract Risk assessment, Contract Obligation management, Gap analysis, deviation analysis, contract administration and Fund administration. Any of the all above experience >4 years. o Production Support 80% and project/team management 20% o Experience in working on any contract management tool (ARIBA, ICERTIS, APTTUS, any CLM tool) for at least 12 months. It is preferred. o Quality control, should have worked under role of QC or QA. Skills : o Excellent oral and written communication skills o The ability to express process improvement ideas clearly and concisely o An attention for detail and an analytical mind with excellent Interpersonal skills o Interpersonal skills for dealing with global client stakeholders o Time management skills, project reporting o Flexible with shift timing,
