    • Candidate from life Insurance -AGENCY CHANNEL ONLY
      • Minimum 2 years in last company.
      • Minimum 1 Promotions in last two years.
      • Check stability from all his previous companies.
      • Local candidate with minimum stay of 5 years plus.
      • He should at leadership role for minimum 2 years.
    Job PurposeRecruitment, management and supervision of Chief Business Mentors (CBMs) and Personal Financial Advisors(PFAs) of CBMs to help them in achieving their financial goals, thereby generating business for the Company.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, engage and launch CBMsEnsure that CBMs recruit, appoint and train PFAsEnsure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targetsEnsure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistencyInterested can send CV to Tina on hidden_email OR can call hidden_mobile / hidden_mobile / hidden_mobile.
