Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.Introduction: Test Lead will plan and manage test execution based on requirements and design documents through the entire software lifecycle of the initiative including monitoring and reporting status and actions to address test failure Support and enhance test automation capacity across Procurement Works with the Test Management Lead and Test Manager for successful delivery of projects to plan, budget, quality and in compliance with Barclays project methodology standards. Work collaboratively with the business and technical change teams. Test Lead will be responsible to define the scope and requirements to secure adequate and relevant levels of test execution within the context of a given technical project or release. Works with the Project Manager and Functional Leads for successful delivery of projects to plan, budget, quality and in compliance with Barclays project methodology standards. Test / Project status reporting and resource and financial forecasting Drive / Support the requirements gathering phases of projects to ensure that high quality requirements are available. Manage and track delivery of deployment activities across the business and technical teams Work collaboratively with the business and technical change teams. Management of Test related Risk and Issues.What will you be doing The Test Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management of technology project(s) & testing in support of the Procurement Technology roadmap Drive Test Automation and other Test efficiencies resulting in reduction of test effort and duration Testing of projects and enhancement/maintenance requests for Procurement functions which will include but not limited to the following: o Analysis of business requirements and design documents o Create test scripts and test data to perform testing o Identify test related RAIDs o Plan and execute testing of applications in scope o Contribute to continuous improvements to the Testing as a Service function o Contribute to Test Automation and realising the benefits it can introduce Promote and adhere to Test governance and documentationWhat we re looking for: Automated testing including performance testing Minimum 5+ years experience in Testing Domain ISTQB Testing certification Minimum Foundation Ability to create test scripts from requirements and design documents Execute test phases Functional and Non-Functional Ability to create Automated scripts using Selenium (or similar tool) Experience and knowledge of Jira as a testing management tool Detect and track defects to resolution Contribution to the daily status reports and other metrics Collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholdersSkills that will help you in the role :Experience in testing SAP Cloud based solutions Able to work well with IT teams and stakeholder in multiple locations. Able to quickly learn and adapt,
