EarlySalary is considered one of the fastest &most automated lenders in the Industry.Job Title : Trainer (Product & Soft skills)Experience : 1 - 4 yearsJob location : PuneCore Responsibilities :- Map the Training Requirements (TNIs) and prepare the training calendars.- Build and upgrade training modules/content related to product, process and soft skills.- Manage induction of new joiners.- Identify the Training Needs of an Individuals (TNI ) related to contact Centre.- Handle weekly, monthly, quarterly training operations ( Query handling, training calendar creation, MIS reporting) and logistics.- Manage end to end (content preparation, delivery , effectiveness measurement ) training programs related to Contact centre.- Preferably having knowledge of preparing AV ( Audio Visuals ) modules.Skillsets Required :- Proficiency in MS Office.- Adaptable, flexible and Attitude to learn.- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.- Undertake training refreshers as per requirement- Classroom presence and class managementAcademic qualifications :- Graduate /Post graduate(Psychology background preferably)- Additional qualification of training is favorable.This job opening was posted long time back.
