As an organization we strongly believe in a people-centric approach with emphasis on employee engagement and work-life balance.Show More Key responsibilities1 Support deployment of the strategic roadmap of the Global Finance Transformation program for the region aligned with, covering areas such as OTC, Collections, Business Finance and LOC, HQ & ATR) which will entail revamping the Maersk Line Finance organization spread over ~130 countries, covering finance professionals, across Region and GSC teams Responsible for ensuring the design and delivery of project management tools, governance framework and project solutioning. Facilitate best practise sharing not only by sharing learnings from one project to another but also leveraging industry best practices. Responsible for ensuring program progress is tracked and reported in a timely and accurate manner and published to various internal and external stakeholders. Partner with the Vertical Leads to support deployment of Future Operations Execution (Finance) program and enable finance team in achieving efficiency targets over next 2-3 years, via following initiativeso Own the Migration of work from LOC s into GSCo Support Creation of excellences within GSCo Enable design and implementation of Global standard processes. o Evaluate strategic rationale for retaining specific roles within an LOC o Support IT enablement of finance processes via deployment of tools o Ensure adherence to the Global program Budget (SG&A cost) towards realization of overall business benefit Support all Change management initiatives to identify & act on all potential areas requiring focus and dedicated efforts towards aligning global organization as per the new vision Lead a team of, PMO analysts and Migration managers who are responsible for ensuring seamless execution of multiple transformation initiatives like Migration across LOC s, implement standard process design and solutions, identify opportunities to realign finance processes, lead creation of COE s and identify areas of potential roles re-evaluation Responsible for GSC & LOC stake-holder management, leading the reviews and evaluating success on the engagement framework, operating structure and project deliverables. Engage with stakeholders to continuously monitor progress against the engagement framework. Agree, align and monitor action plans to keep project engagement at the highest levels. Lead regular meetings to track and communicate the project progress and seek alignment on changes to project scope to deliver to the agreed project objectivesShow More We are looking for1 Minimum 10 - 15 years Finance experience with about 6-10 years in the area of Finance Business Transformation, Migrations and Change management programs.2 Should have proven experience in successfully executing Global transformation initiatives, obtaining senior stakeholders signoffs, ensuring effective Governance and seamless execution of the overall programs.3 Participated in complex Migration projects either within a Shared Service environment or third party.4 Ability to engage with Global CXO level stakeholders and obtain buy-in for complex and strategic initiatives.5 Have the ability to lead and manage Global organization level change initiatives .Strong program and project management skills.Good presentation, communication skills and experience in engaging & presenting to senior executives regularly.6 Proven ability to lead, train, coach, evaluate and mentor high performing Global teams.Able to consistently demonstrate & live cultural dimensions of Simplicity, Focus & Teamwork.7 Strong understanding of finance and overall strategic business considerations Strategic and concentrated focus on overall Business, Customer, Cost and Quality.8 Have a result and business oriented mind-set, preferably from the commercial view of an organization.Ability to adapt execution in line with business requirements & organisation vision.
