        • Key Responsibilities : a-Responsible for handling day-to-day Avaya operations, requirements, and issues b- Provide L1/ L2 support for operational activities including basic troubleshooting of Avaya components c-Upload logs and provide updates to the support cases/ tickets raised for resolution d-Troubleshooting knowledge of third-party applications e-Troubleshooting system level changes including trunks and call routing f-escalate and create cases with respective teams internally as required g-Conduct daily health che
        • Technical Experience : a-Product/Solution knowledge Avaya Aura Portfolio,Avaya Communication Manager,Session Manager,System Managers,Session Border Controllers, Messaging,IM Presence,AES solutions b-Ongoing management of the gateways and media servers G250,G350,G450,G650,DL360 servers c-Development skills on IVR flows and CTI integration d-Understanding of Telecom protocols like SIP,H323,ISDN e-Understanding of architecture of the Avaya solution stack f-Working knowledge on ITIL processes and service management
