* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. New Capability: Plan Design implement monitor capability for the overall business strategies and understanding stated and unstated needs and key initiatives to achieve optimal performance of the LSF business 2. Regular engagement with the stakeholders: Meeting with our internal stakeholders to understand their key pain areas with respect to technology and addressing them with new enhancements and projects Solving partners tech team queries about API integration and helping them throughout the project 3. Monitoring and supporting the launched projects Liaising with BFL business team and partner for effective use of the capabilities through various techops KPIs and process KPIs 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Working with IT - alignment with the objective and timeline of the project to deliver it on time Stakeholder Management Dealing with multiple projects and multiple stakeholders at the same time 5.
