We need to ensure that we create highly intuitive, custom & simple user experiences across all the digital mediums App & Web. We need someone who can create these experiences through visual & interaction design; by simplifying the complex business processes of consumer lending. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DESIGN Design highly intuitive user experiences, interactions & journeys on mobile app & websites while balancing user persona, needs, business objectives Simplify the complex business processes & journeys into simple designs & interactions Design for all devices and form factors Make the users digital experience useful, usable and enjoyable Continuously keep updated with the latest in the world of design, UX, UI, and user behavior Create wireframes, prototypes & VDs using tools such as Lucidchart, Balsamiq, Mockflow, FluidUI, InDesign, Sketch, Invision Studio, Axure, Marvel, Adobe XD, and Photoshop KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS Adherence to delivery timelines Friction Factor in the user s journey with focus on 3-click journeys Quality and quantity of user interactions on digital assets , * REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor s degree in Design or equivalent qualification Proven excellence in Interaction and Visual design Able to function, adapt and succeed in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment Lucidchart, Balsamiq, Mockflow, FluidUI, InDesign, Sketch, Invision Studio, Axure, Marvel, Adobe XD, and Photoshop Familiarity with Agile software development processes and methodologies APTITUDE Hard work, ownership, pro-activeness, willingness to stretch and agility Ability to manage change and ambiguity Quality orientation & eye for detail Structured, analytical thinking Multi-stakeholder management EXPERIENCE 4-5 years as a UI/UX designer in a high-growth digital environment Relevant industry experience designing applications, experiences, websites, products and services that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints
