Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Content creation and publication Create content for social media campaigns with subject-matter experts Understanding the service and operational pain points consumer explainer gap areas and make use of best practices to craft compelling and easy to understand explainer series for understanding of financial services educational series for consumers Review and provide reporting on content performance by platform. Use data to iterate on guidelines and future initiatives Maintain content templates to ensure consistency across modality and platforms Establish guidelines to audit content across platforms quarterly. Use findings to inform content maintenance and retirement Establish and maintain the process for managing our content backlog Collaborate with peers to build a content maintenance calendar and manage the schedule of updates Work with the analytics team to create a centralized content performance dashboard Create a monthly performance report; draft central communications to relay information Create monthly update reports for leadership to call out highlights and areas for opportunities Create mock-ups and work with stakeholders to bring their problem statements and ideas to easy to understand key messages and compelling content information Able to work independently and be a self-starter prioritize multitask and perform effectively Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within Follow an editorial calendar collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials Develop related content for multiple platforms such as websites email marketing product descriptions videos and blogs Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results * Major Challenges - Faster turnaround time with copy requirements without compromising on quality and execution - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally for large-scale campaign projects * Key Decisions / Dimensions - Content quality and scoring - Aligning the team with established functions at BFL - Finalizing the right influencer/bloggers for a thought leadership campaign - SEO Project based Content curation 6.
