* Duties and Responsibilities - - Understand business requirement in HR Domain - 2-3 years of hands on experience in Requirement Gathering, Documentation, Diagrams, UAT, Knowledge in Database & SQL queries - Hands-on experience in Implementation / Support on Cloud based SAAS HCM /HRMS Applications (Chroma Preferable) - Review issues & perform root cause analysis & develop solutions & work arounds - Come up with solutions for optimization & better use of the systems for end users & HR Team - Support PMO Teams / Key Users in case of issues or questions - Support Multiple modules such as Organization & People Management, Performance Management System, Claims & Benefits, Attendance & Leave system, Investment Module etc - Train end users on application usage - Will be having individual contribution for implementation & testing of new features in HR , * Degree in Engineering / Graduate in Science / Commerce with 2-3 years of experience in support & implementation of SAAS Cloud HCM solutions Advanced knowledge in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point) Good communication skills & customer needs oriented Effective interpersonal skills Ability to maintain a professional attitude & work independently with minimal guidance in a fast paced & challenging environment Quick learner
