* Duties and Responsibilities - Identify variety of Payments data sources getting captured as part of BFL Payments offline stack. Define & build data Architecture for all the data sources generated as part user payment journey across payment stack (QR & POS machines) Migration of data from core payment systems & databases to a common repository EDW / Datalake Create Data dictionaries for the all the source payment data sources (tables attributes) Define & build data sanity Checks for all the data sources for Production & UAT environment. Conduct thorough quality assurance of the data feeds Build a robust tech operation monitoring process by creating Control charts for data migration. Understand the regulatory aspects (GDPR Data Protection bill) for data capture sharing & access management. Define Build publish & monitor Daily Monthly Tech KPIs and work on the plan on how to improve the same. Appropriately prepares or translates unstructured data into structured data to integrate with other data and analyses for use with insight discovery. 4. DIMENSIONS Financial Dimensions While the project will take two quarters to deliver the overall GMV expected from Payments business over the next 3 years is above INR 2 lac Crores. Other Dimensions Total Team Size: 4-5 members Number of Direct Reports: 0 Number of Indirect Reports: 0 Number of Outsourced employees: 0-1 Number of locations: NA , * a) Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in computer science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or related quantitative field or Post-graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum 2 years of experience in Data Architecture, ETL and Database Management b) Work Experience Minimum 2 years of running Database management & data operations & migration of Payments industry with either Fintech s or banks. Experience in the IT industry with proven track record of delivering Data migration projects Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. Should have strong knowledge on Database management, ETL, Data Architecture & database schema. Should have good hands on tools like PL SQL, No SQL, SSRS & Power BI. Should be quick in understanding User requirements and provide Value addition to the business Users Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
