Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) o Responsible for all kinds of Partner onboarding activities on BFL platforms and recon o Responsible for UPI/PPI enrolment for 1.5L existing dealers and ongoing new dealers on Merchant 1 App o Ensure that all escalations are managed properly o Ensuring identification of RCA & CAPA o Regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure process alignment with business objective o Arranging monthly reviews with vendors o TAT management o Quality Management o Identify improvement opportunities in process & implementation o Identifying rework & garbage in the process and their elimination o Productivity increase o Regular review of SOPs o Ensure smooth audit review o Work with stakeholders to forecast manpower requirements o Regular meetings with Team managers for the rigor of the process o Manage attrition 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES To Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within or outside the organization 5. DECISIONS Team hiring & onboarding Lead to optimize the process 6. INTERACTIONS Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work Inside stakeholders are product & dedicated business team External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work NA 7. DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) Deliver agreed-on AOP business numbers & maintain business metrics Other Dimensions (Significant volume dimensions associated with the job) Should have hands-on experience in managing 20-25 people. , * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Graduate b) Work Experience More than 3-4 years of experience in financial industry Need to have good understanding of KYC, Onboarding, Master maintenance
