* Duties and Responsibilities - Build and Operate the Rewards Module for the Payments products and businesses of BFL namely UPI PPI BBPS Merchant ecosystem Ensure uptime of the platform and the product. Build and Operate adjacent features for integrating Rewards platform with all Issuance and Acquiring products of BFL. Regular SCRUM standups with internal cross functional teams like IT Operations Customer Service Compliance Legal etc. To identify partners for Plug & Play tools by driving RFA & RFI issuance. Regular engagement with all dependent and onboarded external vendors. Develop and operate a CI/CD cycle with IT delivery teams for the product Good understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve the product Keeping oneself abreast with latest regulatory changes across different issuance and acquiring products and ensuring compliance by engaging with different cross functional units. 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES Co-ordination between multiple teams and external vendors to enable task delivery 5. DIMENSIONS Financial Dimensions While the project will take two quarters to deliver the overall GMV expected from Payments business over the next 3 years is above INR 2 lac Crores. Other Dimensions Total Team Size: 5-6 members Number of Direct Reports: 0 Number of Indirect Reports: 0 Number of Outsourced employees: 0-1 Number of locations: NA , * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years of experience b) Work Experience Minimum 2 years of running projects and products On Rewards platforms like EasyRewardz, Payback, etc. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter. Experience in business through digital channels preferred.
