Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Technology Architecture and Roadmap Create a robust Architecture for the new Web Platform looking at non-Functional aspects including Security Performance Scalability and Availability Lead Define maintain and own platform and solution architecture for the Customer Facing Asset within wider IT Compliance Ensure that the roadmap contains the new and yet-to-release features of the core base products like AWS Devops pipeline Adobe Target Adobe Analytics and various other frameworks Must be able to create a validation framework to measure and report the effectiveness of Architecture like Rozanski-Woods frame especially the Perspectives part Must be able to create a culture of industry benchmarking before releasing or opting any new product/framework and be able to define a robust roadmap and evolution of the same with respect to the current and future needs of the One Web Platform Collaborate with IT Teams One Web team Marketing teams Data teams and partners across the organization to create a sustainable and achievable framework for the platform Must be able to create a strong understanding of the backend infrastructure and systems while delivering a dynamic personalized and customer first integrated asset Work collaboratively with various partners to define the Security Architecture of platform including Video hosting Caching Security feature like DOS Executing POCs to validate technology roadmaps feasibilities & possibilities with scalable solutions which are also versatile inter-operable can co-exist in the overall ecosystem and cost effective Must create a wholistic Auto Scalable and Highly Available environment across all key components including Node servers AEM Servers DAM and other such critical components of the One Web Asset Leverage and sponsor innovation work both through internal incubators and companys external start-up network to create evaluate and introduce novel technical capabilities into the platform Foster a culture of innovation and engineering excellence across the Enterprise: modern engineering practices adoption of open source and open standards creating a culture of collaboration and efficiency Ensure that throughout the year including peak sales season digital assets continue to perform the best by suggesting robust technology frameworks right infrastructure and correct data flow processes Analyze data like drop-offs bounce rate etc. to constantly evaluate and improve process flows and to identify any tool ideas for processes improvements that can be built to attract the online customer * Duties and Responsibilities - Infrastructure and DevOps Management Create a robust Infrastructure platform which delivers high performance pages and journeys for a digital asset with 100K+ pages and 100+ unique buy journeys for products Partner with Engineering teams across BFL to create an environment that provides an optimal Infrastructure Developer Experience for from IDE and CI/CD through to IaaS provisioning and Cloud Native Service on-boarding frameworks Work with a large frame of developers and architects at Partner end drive them towards a common goal of delivering a high-quality website with right technologies in place Provide technical support in resolving Production issues and Customer pain points 3. Marketing Cloud (DAM Target and Analytics) Drive enterprise level DAM strategy and implementation as well as selection of right tool for the job along with rolling out RFP and managing the partner Set up various workflows from initiation of an asset to the delivery on App/Web or other channels Work with IT Businesses Campaign Managers to define requirements for the tool set and deliver a mature scalable and robust system which can be scaled to 1M+ assets Understand the customer segments be able to fiddle with Data and create micro-segments and drive hyper personalization Be able to create a balance between personalization and A/B/M testing and create the best experience for the customer on web asset Must drive the Analytics implementation along with Personalization which is imperative to the success a dynamic personalized asset Create and implement a comprehensive Marketing cloud strategy with roll out plan for the stack in organic and alignment with Business goals , * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 9-12 years of experience in leading search practice preferably in Fintech or Ecommerce company Post-Graduate in Engineering from a Tier 1 college Must have lead teams in tune to 20+ people across multiple domains and skills FinTech or Ecommerce experience is desirable In-depth understanding of Enterprise data platforms and front-end web technologies and be able to drive a team of developers and architects effectively Certified in Adobe Analytics, Target, Google Optimize or similar tools Hands-on skills in technology is a primary requirement, specifically in the following: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Launch/DTM, Adobe Campaign, SEO, CDN & API management, CIAM, AWS/Azure Cloud Setup and DevOps pipeline setup Must be able to understand and account for Enterprise components in architecture like data lake, EDW, CDP, Salesforce CRM, API Gateways and ESBs. Essential for Segmentation and Personalization flavours on website Must be able to drive conversation on various Cloud components across multiple clouds like Azure and AWS and Google cloud. Must have a decent understanding and hands on experience amounting to 4+ years in various compute, storage and other critical components Strong hands-on experience with mainline programming and scripting languages such as Shell, Python, Ruby, Perl, Java, .Net, or C++ Hands-on experience with architecting and automated provisioning (IaC), configuration management for infrastructure and applications. Hands-on experience with Containers and Containers orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, Docker Hands-on experience with building and managing release systems, code merging and promotion, and CI/CD workflows and tools. Relevant experience with Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks, DevSecOps methodologies, Lean principles & continuous improvement mindset A solid understanding of eCommerce and Digital Marketing landscape, sufficiently strong level of
