Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Program planning and Reporting Lead one of the most complex tracks which includes Data integrations Data Analytics core website build personalization scenarios Nudges Notification and more Act as a liaison between business and both Web Tech and IT units Review Business User Stories for the streams assigned Undertake Gap Analysis and prepare Approach Document/ solution documents Drive Agile best practices like Scrum meetings Story boards Standup meetings daily tracking and more to create a fast-paced delivery which can accommodate changes on the fly Break complex ideas down into concise and effective requirements Work with Web Tech for frontend build of One Web - designing Information architecture wireframes and Visual Designs for respective LOBs Generate ideas for project improvement & brainstorm impact with counterparts in Functions and COEs and gauge feasibility with IT team Add strategic value to processes through competition mapping and best practices adoption Scout the technology landscape to ensure adoption of emerging solutions and maintain innovative edge Participate in Project presentation with project priorities timelines quarterly plans etc. to Vertical Head for sign-off Inspire and influence others to think differently solve problems and seize opportunities Work with cross-functional teams to set and achieve targets for cross-selling Determine individual training needs & development plans to build expertise and enhance skills Set objectives conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines Prepare overall project plan for execution of projects and prioritize projects based on those with large impact or horizontal level impact Prepare bi-weekly/ monthly updates alongside relevant reports and project plans to be shared with Project Head Vertical Heads and Steering Committee seek inputs on course correction * Duties and Responsibilities - 2. Project lifecycle management Understand change requirements and evaluate course corrections based on impact and extent of change Guiding the team for scoping of the project along with the relevant stakeholder for critical projects Conducting discussions with IT and front-end tech teams on major projects on issues related to deviations on delivery and timelines and work on the revisions Provide functional and technical support in resolving Production issues and Customer pain points Guide team on the external practices / research to be followed on operational processes and application of the same our business scenario 3. Program management Ensuring timeline adherence to all assigned businesses and modules across agreed milestones Provide the Plans for large scale implementations which goes across multiple tracks and be able to create and manage dependencies effectively Must be able to create and manage RACI for the project s stakeholders Do RAID management with right stakeholders and be able to create alternative tracks to de-risk the project and able to quantify the impact of risks Review the project plans prepared by the team for all projects and provide inputs on enhancing effectiveness and efficiencies and deliver within timelines Review achievement of project milestones adherence to timelines etc.; Resolve issues roadblocks and escalations to ensure delivery as per desired objectives Engage with business stakeholders/ Verticals to provide status update on projects (for business/ Verticals initiated projects) and to update on delays / issues / deviations and agree on revision of timelines/ scope of project to Steering Committee 4. Team development Ensure high employee engagement and morale through right management interventions while ensuring a deep emotional intelligence in approach Establish performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge , * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 12-14 years of experience in leading large project deliveries Experience in CMS (Adobe Marketing Cloud, e-commerce is necessary or equivalent web technologies) Must have managed teams with skills of QA Automation, Front end development, React, Node, Akamai, AEM, Google Analytics, Data Analytics) Post-graduation in Management from a Tier 1 B school, with graduation in Computer sciences or equivalent from a Tier 1 Engineering college Must have lead teams in tune to 40+ people across multiple domains and skills FinTech or Ecommerce experience is desirable Good understanding of Enterprise data platforms and front-end web technologies and be able to drive developers effectively with help from an Architect Experience and Expertise of Project Management concepts like Agile, scrum meetings, Gantt charts, project planning including RAID and other similar concepts Must understand technology aspects like Automation testing, Requirements gathering, technical development processes and more to guide and mentor a team of about 20+ people Experience in project management tools like Jira, Azure Boards, Microsoft planner, Microsoft
