Job Description

    Nature of Experience:Excellent communication & team management skills.EV/automotive products design and developmentLogical thinking as well as Problem solving experienceEngages & Responsible in key development, design & testing of Embedded Systems using C programming language.Knowledge of Boot loader Programming, Diagnostics - UDS on CAN is a must.Knowledge and Experience on LF, RF and Bluetooth would be desirable.Basic Hardware Design Knowledge and Hardware/Firmware Debugging Skills.Excellent knowledge of embedded S/W techniques, ability to solve technical problems.Good knowledge of microcontrollers, integration, testing, code review, programming skillsGood to have Functional Safety knowledge and ExperienceAge (in years) : Less than 35 years of age Role and Responsibilities :Leading team of SW Engineers as well as working independently as individual contributor. Responsible for Communication with Client and Internal teams as well.Responsible for executing Automotive Products ECU / EV and EV Infrastructure Products.Preparing and Reviewing Technical Proposals and Effort Estimation.Technical mentoring the team of SW engineersProject management Scheduling, tracking, monitoring and executing the HW development activitiesResponsible for Preparing Hardware Requirements from system requirement / product specifications, defining hardware architecture.Ensuring qualitative and timely delivery of projectResponsible to understand product requirements, design and develop code, module level andSystem level embedded software design/coding, validation using programming language C / Matlab Incorporate customer requirements, regulations, product specifications and standards into the design.Familiar with Power Electronics concepts and Hardware designHands on Experience on CAN,LIN,I2C,SPI and UART is preferable.Experience on protocols, Microcontroller peripheral interfaces and drivers is desirableDesign and Develop software for microcontroller based system .Design and Develop test code for functional and code coverage.Fix MISRA issues on existing code baseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience of working in Agile development-testing environments.Team motivation and Team building skill, Effort Estimation & Resource management.
