About the team We provide support to various clients using Aligne and XDM Products in Cross Asset Trading and Risk domain. Aligne provides a seamless end-to-end software solution for trading, risk/control, credit, fuels procurement, emissions compliance, back-office, and treasury/finance. A front-to-back trading system, Aligne streamlines and integrates the trading, risk management and operations of physical commodities and their associated financial instruments. The solution supports trading for energy commodities, weather, emissions, heat, fright, metals, FX and derivatives as well as handling scheduling and managing nominations. What you will be doing Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.Works on one or more projects independently with little or no supervision.Responds to customer product inquiries using support tools like online portal or telephone, in written email or chat sessions.Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.Troubleshoots problems with software applications and recommends corrective action.Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client centric activities.Collaborating with other teams to automate the manual procedures (Dev, QA and other Product Management teams) Working with production team to help them resolve production issues.Manage customer escalations with highly technical support requests from enterprise customers via the telephone and email.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. What you bring: Knowledge / ExperienceAround 5 to 7 years of experience in Product support (L2 & L3) in Java applicationsSkillsDatabase-SQL, PL/SQL, Xml,Application Severs - knowledge of Jboss & Jetty Server, WebLogic.OS - Windows, LinuxBasic knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher. Advantage programming and ScriptingQualifications
    • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
