Konverge is uniquely positioned to deliver end-to-end IT Infrastructure solutions and services.Company Name: Konverge Technologies Pvt Ltd Designation: - Service Delivery Manger The role entails the responsibility to provide technical leadership for projects throughout the project delivery lifecycle.It will include the creation of technical documentation, ensuring proper resourcing and skills on the project, efficient code management, defining and following best practices for delivering best- in-class solutions to the end clientCandidate must have strong knowledge and hands on experience on Cisco Network Devices like switches routers, Meraki, Nexus.CCNP, ITIL certified.Roles & Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end project management on IT Infrastructure ProjectsDevelop a detailed project plan and monitor the progress till the closure of the projectsScope project requirements and prepare complete project plan estimatesCollaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement IT Infrastructure projectsCommunicate project status, progress on deliverables, and issues to senior management in a timely mannerDeliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are metDevelop strong support documentation including risk logs and requirement specificationsCommunicate with the team effectively and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasksHighlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issuesAct as the escalation point for all technical development issues specific to projectsEnsure strict adherence to efficient code management and tools used for project deliveryCapture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the teamLeverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholdersAttract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structurInterested candidates please reply with updated CV on below mentioned Email idhidden_email
