Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Web Governance You should be an advocate for customer experience and serviceability. Work with cross functional team and ensure elements of the customer journey are well defined integrated and function as per design Map and maintain data collection storage and usage parameters for different instances of customer journey eg. Logged-in non-logged in Ensure consistency and correctness of content communication and design across logged-in and non-logged-in sections of the web Enable the teams within Web Business and group marketing to better define impact by identifying Value drivers Identify define and list all customer touch points. Ensure each touch point is metricized Design mechanisms to report each KPI with thresholds and advise corrective action where required Deploy lean & Six Sigma methodology at design stage for each vertical covering First Time Right metric Work and collaborate with cross vertical teams in drawing process maps SOPs and Workflows. Focus on Built-In quality mechanisms in the workflows Design process control strategies using SPC 7 QC tools and/or Gemba walks Responsible for streamlining existing processes by understanding the current function suggesting process efficiencies and working with leads to come up with effective solutions 2. People management and coaching Inspire and influence others to think differently solve problems and seize opportunities Work with cross-functional teams to set excellence frameworks and enable them for continuous improvement Determine individual training needs & development plans to build expertise and enhance skills Set objectives conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 5-7 years of experience (at most) in a large-scale digital transformation/ governance unit preferably in consumer facing avenues like Web or App in a commerce or digital distribution organization Must be a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent and should have exposure to working with Design Thinking customer journey mapping tools Graduation in Computer sciences or equivalent from a reputed Engineering college Deep customer focus by understanding customer behavior and analyzing data & real-world experiences Detailed orientation & very structured thinking who can think of customers full journey and experience Expertise in Journey mapping technique like VSM and Functional models. Expertise in data types and subsequent Statistical control tools. A deeply analytical mindset and track record for implementing data capture methods. data driven decisions whilst also building business intuition around the credit product Ability to lead a team and build partnerships with other functions , * ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
