Job Description

    Job description :-
    • Lead, manage and motivate a high performing team with a focus on high standards, quality, customer service, controls, execution and delivery
    • Implement new processes for Product Entitlement Due Diligence team with new set of data elements required for the following entitlement processes:
    • Addition
    • Deletion
    • Offboarding
    • Develop a new operating model for engagement with KYC Onboarding, Credit Ops, Legal Ops, Tax Ops teams to amend and delete product entitlements
    • Develop controls to assess whether any trades have been booked without the appropriate product entitlements in JetBridge
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Technology and Operations in order to champion or challenge policy and procedural changes as needed
    • Provide focused training and coaching support and inculcate best practice sharing to drive Right First Time performance, improve standards and increase awareness throughout the wider teams
    • Ownership and management of Quality MI metrics to be assessed with the team and presented to senior management, key stakeholders
    • Champion colleague engagement within your teams and across the wider business
    Skills that will help you in the role:
    • Educated to a minimum of degree level or equivalent supplemented by relevant professional experience within the financial services industry including industry recognized qualifications.
    • Experience with relevant data maintenance experience gained in a similar organization, global market data vendor or third-party vendor supporting a similar process.
    • Demonstrable experience of managing medium-large teams in a Financial Services organization with strong leadership skills
    • Should possess a detailed understanding of Product Entitlement, KYC, Client Legal Entity Record, Data Quality & Data Maintenance
    • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills with an advanced understanding of databases and data analysis tools.
    • Must possess knowledge of Data Vendor such as LEI, and Dunn & Bradstreet
    • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in order to manage the relationship with stakeholders & clients, fluent in English.
