Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - Designing learning content for varied sub - functions of Credit Operations and driving completion. Delivering training modules for the targeted audience ensuring coverage and effectiveness. Liaison with business L&D SPOCS for understanding business requirements and delivering it either independently or with the help of Central L&D team. Support in conducting training need analysis through various formal & informal tools. Developing training content in the form of ppt videos infographics etc. with the help of content creation tools like Vyond Wochit Canva etc. Maintain MIS of the activities delivered. Drive and support initiatives of School of Operations and Talent Management. , * Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in learning & Development Experience in content development and delivery Experience in handling multiple stakeholders, negotiation skills and influencing skills Orientation to project monitoring/management knowledge of Language other than English will be an added advantage Fluent in written and verbal communication
