Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - SLA s Achievements: QA for Audit trail and Welcome letter Responsible for fix the issues indentured through QA and ensure it is not repeated once it is fixed KPI Achievements: Welcome letter Sampling : As per the SLA defined Maintain accuracy for Audit trail process as per the SLA defined Process GAP fixing * Major Challenges - o As per guideline this are new process and we need to check audit trail and welcome letter cases on sampling basis. This is new process * Key Decisions / Dimensions - Identifying the process GAP and fixing on time Ensure SLAs are adhered Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work IT/PMO team: For any projects new platform or to fix operational challenges system bugs FPC Team: Process GAP and issue to be align with FPC team Any project or operation challenges System bugs External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Vendor (Rural Shores) 7.
