Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for managing Chat platform from technical aspect such as creating Use cases flow in chat platform Manage Project requirements for Chat platform on digital channels specific to Customer service use cases and preparing overall project plan for execution of projects and prioritize projects based on large impact. Responsible for streamlining processes by understanding the functions suggesting process efficiencies and working with leads to come up with effective solutions Create Business User Stories Undertake Gap Analysis and prepare Approach Conducting discussions with IT on issues related identified during monitoring/audits Work with multiple stakeholders & efficiently manage all enhancement requests. Benchmarking chat asset across industry and identifying good practice done and implementing in our platform Ensure consistency and correctness of content response and accuracy across Chat on all digital channels. Work closely with innovation labs researchers and chatbot team for enhancement and end-to-end development of product Identify analyze and interpret the pattern trends and conversational flow in complex data sets Design and implement processes and strategies to enhance the end-user experience Technical Skills Use Artificial Intelligence NLP technologies and cognitive machine learning to develop chatbot applications Deep understanding of base NLP concepts like BoW Word2Vec word vectors. Hands-on with at least one of the following problems - sequence prediction chatbots seq2seq speech recognition document models. KPI & Metrics Track and Analyze metrics related to Chat platform publish report to SMT Design mechanisms to report each KPI with thresholds and advise corrective action where required Monthly reviews with SMT: Preparation of presentations for the review and timely action closure. , * Preferably Technical background with 1-3 years of experience on Chat platform and Project Management with good understanding on technical aspect -Strong understanding on Technical part of Chat Management, Live Agent CHAT, - Experience in Manual/Automation testing would be an added advantage
