Job Description

    Understand & interpret business needs and transform business requirements into scalable/manageable solutions. Work collaboratively with other team members across technical & functional disciplines. Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other related systems. Requirement gathering and related documentation, define objectives and scope, construct workflow charts and diagrams, creating test scenarios and training materials etc. Manage and resolve incidents, service requests and change requests within agreed timeframe. Drive workday enhancement projects working with business and other application vendors.What you ll need 2-3 years of Workday technical skills and experience needed to develop cost-effective, timely solutions that meet functional and performance requirements. Experience in Workday configuration, implementation and maintenance. Preferred experience in Workday Core HR, related configurations, business process definitions, security groups & roles. Knowledge of Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent Management, and Advance Compensation is a definite advantage. Workday Inbound/ Outbound integrations using Core Connector, EIBs, packaged integration and Workday Studio integration. Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Advance reporting. Knowledge of Matrix report, Composite report, Birt report is an advantage. Knowledge on XML, XSLT, Xpath, Web Services/SOAP. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with employees at all levels.Analytical Skills Ability to work independently, and report on status and planning of own work. Experience in validating requirements and mapping them to standard solutions. Can work in a dynamic environment with evolving end-user demands. Can work in a cross-geographical team. Persistent and analytical approach in solving bugs and incidents. Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interfaces.What we offer Competitive compensation package.
