Installation, maintenance, removal and reinstallation of monitoring tools (Ability to install and configure Zabbix server, Zabbix proxy server and Zabbix endpoints) Create Dashboards for customer using the Zabbix metricsPatching, Upgrade of the tool.Ability to write function / script (items) in Zabbix to enable monitors of all technology endpoints like VMWare, Oracle, Cisco etc. Ability to configure alerts in Zabbix servers Backup and restore partial or complete monitoring database Ability to identify, troubleshoot regular/complex Zabbix server issues in case of errors. Demonstrates proficiency in monitoring and management communications, technologies including but not limited to WMI, SNMP, SysLog . Basic understanding of ITSM practices Available for 24x7 coverage. Self-motivated individual, able to work independently or on a team. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
