    • Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 This role is targeting for specialist position as Zscaler SME with extensive experience in Zscaler offerings including ZIA, ZPA, PAC file management, Logging and analysis, and other underlying critical concepts including networking and routing protocols 2 Supporting networking or web security products 3 Experience with Zscaler proxy or Zscaler Cloud Proxy 4 Experience in Deployment, Implementation, Operations, transformation, configuration, troubleshooting of security applications
        • Technical Experience : 1 Certified with Zscaler IA and PA Internet access and private access 1 TTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS 2 Networking and security products and enterprise Network Infrastructure 3 Deploying and supporting forward proxy, explicit and transparent Web Content Filtering / Web Proxy configurations 4 Network Protocol Analyzers tcpdump, Wireshark, Network Security SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS 5 Authentication systems such as LDAP, MS AD, IPSec and VPN clients
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios 2 Ability to communicate and report network security incidents and issues to the upper management 3 Understanding on the ITIL, Agile process and good understanding on Incident, change, Problem management
        • Educational Qualification : Engineering Graduate
      • Additional Information : Scripting knowledge SHELL, Python, Perl Experience in automating mundane operational jobs using APIs
