They are responsible for placing orders in the stock exchange terminals. Dealers directly report to the branch head.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue Generationo Customer Profilingo Activation of inactive clientso Increasing volumes and revenue by proper guidance to customers so as to increase theirmaximum participation.o Cross selling other products Client Interactiono Regular Meetings with clients for maintaining relationso References from existing clients to acquire new clientso Updating clients on market, companys research reports, new IPOs, etco Proper confirmations of trades to clients on daily basis. Risk Management. Group discussions & up-gradation of market information, research reportsGeneral Strive towards achieving individual goals and thereby the branch and organizationalgoals These duties and responsibilities are only illustrative and not exhaustive and are liable to modifications2-RELATIONSHIP MANAGERGENERAL ROLEResponsible for promoting Equity products, Currency, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS,Bonds etc.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES New Client Prospecting - Through cold-calling, appointments, reference etc Explain about the Company, its products & services to existing clients & prospects Promote investments in Equity products, Currency trading, Mutual Funds, Insuranceand PMS Update clients with Research Reports on Equity, new MF Schemes, NFOs, IPOs and onmarket trends. Cross Sell to existing clients Keep regular contacts with the clients of the branch through telephone calls and meetings Assist team members in the Branch to close leads Provide investment application forms to clients and assist them in filling Provide after sales service, follow-up and ensure client retention Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of the AUM of the branch Prepare daily sales report and send to Branch Head and Sales Manager Make prompt entries in the back office of business done by branch in the Equity & Currency Segments Support branch promotional activitiesGeneral Strive towards achieving individual goals and thereby the branch andorganizational goals.
