Technical skillsA. Channel sales/development skills: Experience in handling distributors, retailers, mechanics1.Target planning: Distributor/retailer target planning to increase revenue2. Account extraction skills3. New customer onboarding.4. Churn management: ability to quickly resolve customer issues and revive old (Churned) customers5. Customer Inventory management: understanding of customer inventory management to push sales when required6. Strong track record on achieving sales targetsB. Demand generation/marketing skills1. Mechanics engagement: support MSRs in engaging with mechanics2. Customer engagement skills to engage with mechanics for product promotion3. Understanding of fleet customer requirements and experience in conversion4. Strong desire for field visits5. Good knowledge on auto components parts (excluding tires)C. Market knowledge1. Deep knowledge on market, retailers, mechanics (should know major retailers/mechanics in the territory recruited for)2. Anticipate market needs, and work on accurate forecast with our customersD. Finance skills1. Financial understanding to help retailers, distributors, mechanics understand margin/incentive schemes2. Experience in collection management3. Reporting and data updating skills (good to have)2. Behavioral skillsA. Excellent communication skills consisting of1. Translate technical product knowledge to simple terms for customers2. Local language skillsB. Orientation to achieve set targetsC.
