Job Description

    • Responsible for FPA (First Part Approval) and LPA (Last Part Approval). Responsible for In-process Inspection and Patrolling Making Set up approval report and in-process inspection report.
    • Responsible for the hardness testing , gloss testing of the part as per
    • Doing PDI and making relevant report as per inspection
    • Responsible for new part inspection and making inspection
    • Responsible for new product development with NPD
    • Daily red bin analysis reports and
    • Making ISIR during new parts
    • Making skill matrix, SOP and WI as per department
    • Responsible for Submitting Monthly Rejection data and providing the rejection trend by using various Quality
    • Making PPS every
    • Responsible for layout inspection as per
    • Responsible for Analysis of Customer complaints related to quality issues and do the root cause
    • Making the one point lesson (OPL) for assuring the
    • Making monthly defect matrix
    • Responsible for the implementation of KAIZEN and 5S
    • Packing material checking during
    • Chemical Testing During
    • Raw material testing as per
    • DSA Tape Checking As per standard and specification During
    KNOWLEDGE OF PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING & ASSEMBILY
