Primary Role Timely & accurately manage the cash flow process.
Timely and accurately handle trade management, valuation of all asset classes and reconciliation. Ensuring trade, allocations, reporting and settlements with compliance requirements. Holdings & reconciliation of all trades settlements & others.
Administering daily cash flows for fund house and reporting real time cash positions to Fund managers. Calculation of scheme shortages and borrowing limits. Timely reporting trades to FA and Custody. Ensure new trade & securities are created in the system as per the investment team and reconciled with fund accounting books. Expense payment and management & ensure banking activity is managed timely and accurately.
