1) New Relationship a) To bring in NTB MEs & manage existing portfolio MEs to increase wallet shareb) Achieve channel objectives through team wrt targets on ARN, DBA, Integration, Activation, Volume, OBOS & Cross sell2) Portfolio and Relationship Management a) Ensuring maximum share of volumes comes to the bank
b) Focus is to increase portfolio volume & float from Merchants to gain bank share
c) Retaining the merchants to avoid competition poaching banks merchants
3) Business Compliance a) Managing risk & compliance team and adhering their compliances for ME requirement

4) Channel Management a) Managing & engaging Channels mainly Branch bankingb) Work on existing CA customers & offer them digital solutions to drive CASA float & volumes
c) Introduction of products to branch staff by joining in branch huddlesd) Manage customer escalations as per agreed Major actionable
