Company DescriptionWe suggest you enter details hereRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor at Monarch Automotive Pvt. Ltd located in Surat. The Service Advisor will be responsible for consulting with customers to determine their vehicle maintenance and repair needs, creating repair orders, providing price estimates, and scheduling appointments. The Service Advisor will also communicate vehicle service needs and provide recommendations to customers, as well as liaise with the vehicle repair staff.Qualifications At least 2 years of customer service experience in a related industry Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills with strong follow-up capabilities Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented. environment, understanding common goals and contributing to team success Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and willingness to learn Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair terminology is a plus Degree or certification in Automotive or related field is a plus,
