    Company DescriptionDrive Trucking is an authorized BharatBenz dealership located in Hazira, Surat. They offer a range of services including Genuine BharatBenz parts and lubricants, as well as quick repair bay, service appointment facility, periodic maintenance, warranty jobs, AMC jobs, and paid jobs. They also offer onsite breakdown and service for fleet operators, accident vehicle repairs, insurance claims process with cashless facility (T&M apply), and driver training for fleets.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Advisor at Drive Trucking. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing customer-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction, handling aftersales jobs such as warranty claims and paid jobs, and communicating with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates. The role is located in Hazira, Surat, but some work from home is acceptable.Qualifications Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on customer. satisfaction Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to customers Experience in aftersales jobs such as warranty claims and paid jobs Experience in the automotive or trucking industry is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Bachelors degree or diploma in Automotive Technology or related field is a plus,
