Primary Role
Efficiently resolve the escalated queries / grievances raised by clients or distributors in a turn-around-time. Co-ordinate with the RTA for ensuring early resolution of issues / requests from customers. Effective analysis of the queries to find out Root cause for the same and work on the root level solutions with RTA or other vendors to avoid further inconvenience for same nature of query.
Assistance to sales team for any operational query. Ensure timely updates to the distributor as per the norms and avoid delay in brokerage payments. Effective communications to customers, Distributors and Sales team for any update, whether regulatory or service related and arranging various trainings to them. Timely review of Call centre team and make sure that they are encompassed with sufficient knowledge to build and maintain excellent service standards. Assisting other team members of other functions. Preparing various MIS and handling Audit related to Customer servicing.
