Job Description

Primary Role

  • Monitoring advising the RTA systems as per the current trends in the markets.
  • Validation of AMFI Registration No. or any changes on timely basis of the distributor.
  • Advise RTA if any changes to be done on repetitive query raised by external internal stakeholders.
  • Timely review on all the backend process and operations performed by RTA and coordinate with them on improvising the systems.
  • Timely review of RTA unit and make sure that the team members are encompassed with sufficient knowledge of regulatory aspects and SOPs to be followed. Liaisoning with various industry stake holder like
  • Exchanges, Depositories, RTA, Channel Partners, etc.
  • For improvement of the standard industry practice.
  • Ensuring accuracy in computation on brokerage as per the derived category in the system.
  • Timely release of brokerage with coordinating with internal departments RTA.
  • Updating maintaining the MIS of various activities. performed at RTA including brokerage distributor and ensure that necessary controls are built in at RTA as per regulations as well as organisation policies.
  • Preparing reports as required by regulators, Auditors and compliance.
  • Handling audit queries related to brokerage.
