Job Description

    Looking for Chartered Accountants for a Manager - Corporate Finance position in Trivandrum.The role is expected to play a supporting role within the Finance organization, to help drive banking and treasury processes, its operations, its compliance and its reporting globally. The role should act as the foundation upon which the Finance organization runs its day to day operations, whilst continuously striving to improve the operational efficiency and scalability of this organization. The role encompasses the entire spectrum of the financial management cycle including aspects such as accounting, financial statement preparation, process standardization & compliance, statutory compliances, audit preparation, billing & collection, other treasury operations, supplemented with financial dashboards, etc.Professional, Technical & Management Skills Expected
    • Self-starter and ability to work independently, as well as be a team player
    • Sound financial acumen and analytical capabilities
    • Sound understanding on accounting standards, including select global standards and their application
    • Sound understanding of corporate forex management strategies
    • Outcome oriented approach
    • Quick turnaround with quality deliverables
    • Persistence and high energy levels
    • Meticulous planning and organizing skills
    • Ability to work with people within and outside the group
    • Willingness to listen to opinions and issues
    • Searches out and corrects inconsistent data; finds and fixes root cause of inconsistencies, understands the drivers
    • Collaborates and coordinates information flow with other staffs and business units for optimal corporate decisions
    Key Result Areas
    • Controllership (Banking & Treasury and Consolidation)
    Experience required
    • Professionally qualified with 5-8 years of corporate experience preferably with leading IT companies or with any of the big four audit firms
    • Good understanding of Indian and International GAAP,(applicability in particular to software companies)
