    Department/Group:Tax Job Title:Tax ManagerGrade: CTC Range11- 20 LPAJob Locations Shift TimingsUS Shifts 3.30PM to 12.30 AMWorking Days Experience8 years to 15 Years QXAS US D1All QX Locations 5 Key Responsibility Area - Accounting clean-up.- Inventory Management.- Accounting system migration services- Budgeting and Forecasting- CFO level support service- Review of Financial Statements- Complex Tax Preparation and Review (1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120 and 990)- Gift and Estate Tax Returns (1041)- Multi State Taxation- Foreign Corporation (Form 1120-F)- International Taxation, Tax Research, Transfer Pricing and various Tax Treaties- Foreign Partnerships (Form 8865) and Foreign Trusts (Form 3520)- Foreign Compliance forms like Form 5471, Form 5472- Preferred Industry: Estate & Trust, Non-Profit, Real Estate. Financial services Construction Employee benefitsDesired Skills- Experience of working with CPA firm for 5+ years.- Should have knowledge of clients on-boarding- Can handle atleast 15-20 people in team.- Should have good leadership quality and team handling experience - Should have good reviewer and query resolving skills- Should have experience on client management and people management,
