Job DescriptionJob PurposeTo recruit Business Mentors (BMs) and assist them to accomplish desired targets.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesTo recruit, engage and launch BMsTo ensure that BMs recruit, appoint, and train PFAsConduct regular BM and PFA meetings and update them on new earning opportunities and enablement initiativesEnsure BMs and PFAs are adequately trained by the training team for the JobTo drive BMs & PFAs to achieve their earning goals thereby achieving personal business targetTo ensure leads allocated from HO in SAMS are worked upon and updatedProtect existing customer base by engaging with them and keeping the policies persistencyTo handle complaints of team, customers & ensure timely & proper resolution.Job RequirementsQualifications Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalentExperience Minimum 5 years work experience with 3-4 years experience in a salesTeam handling role in life insurance, have handled at least 8-10 teams members.
